Powder Skis
Full on powder skis are usually a little softer and wider than all-mountain skis. They are typically over 100mm wide underfoot and full-rockered for deep snow floatation. The width makes them a little harder to get on edge and get down the front side but the experience in the powder is worth a little extra work at the end of the day.
Feature Ski | Rossignol Super 7

The future of freeride is here. The award-winning, new SUPER 7 is a revolutionary, lightweight fusion of backcountry, freestyle, and freeride performance for expert to intermediate skiers. Called "the most versatile powder ski ever tested", the 2014 Gear of the Year winner delivers powder skiing's surfy playfulness to the masses. Featuring athlete-driven innovation, our highly-acclaimed Powder Turn Rocker profile virtually eliminates "tip flap" for increased stability while delivering effortless floatation, steering, and speed control in the deepest snow conditions. Our patented, lightweight Air Tip technology enhances floatation and control even further, keeping tips naturally above the snow surface for fatigue-free maneuverability and ultra-light swing weight for quick directional changes.
